Now that we’ve all taken a stroll down memory lane and seen our good friends the Seven Dwarves, let’s talk about getting leads and prospects for your business, shall we?

Network marketers are always looking for ways to get more leads for their business.  I know I am, but sometimes I forget the simple things that have always worked and always will work when it comes to getting more leads.

See, you have to be like the Dwarves.  There are a few things they do to get their diamonds that we can do to get more leads…

#1 – The Dwarves go out every day.  Yep, every day they head to the diamond mines.  You’ve got to head out every day, too, if you want to get more leads.  Whether you’re going out in person or using online techniques, you only produce results if you do it every day.

#2 – The Dwarves dig.  I’m sure when the Dwarves first came to the diamond mine, there were stones laying around that could be easily picked up.  After a while, they had to dig.  And they still dig.  So should you.  You should be digging for more leads every day.  Some days will produce more than others, but if you’re not digging, you won’t get any.

#3 – The Dwarves don’t forget when it’s time to go home.  The Dwarves work hard, but when it’s time to go home, it’s time to go home.  You have to stay connected to your “why”.  Working on your business all the time will bring you results, but it will cost you something, as well.  Take time to spend time with the ones you love, and just to relax.  Isn’t that why we’re building a home based business to start with?

I know this post was a little bit different, but I’m hoping that you are getting my point.  Leads and prospects are out there, you just have to go out and get them.  And maybe the next time you go out, you’ll be singing right along with the Dwarves.
