I started seeing a huge marketing campaign a few days ago. Best Buy has created a new “Twelpforce” for people to send in questions on Twitter that employees can answer. Very smart.
If you think that Twitter can’t do anything for your business, take one look at this and I hope you’ll think otherwise.
