If you’ve been out there as a network marketer online for any length of time you’ve probably seen several different systems being used by different leaders and different companies.

In fact it can be quite confusing with all the different options out there. And the obvious question comes to mind… Which system is the best? To tell the truth, I couldn’t tell you which system is the best. The reason that one system works great for one company may well, if transposed to another company, be a huge failure. We tend to think in polar opposites as humans.

We always want to know who’s the best at this and who’s the best at that, or what’s the best system for this or what’s the best system for that. When in reality the world we live in isn’t filled with just black and white – right or wrong.

Let’s take a few seconds to go through a few principles about systems:

1. The simpler the better
2. The more focuses the better
3. The higher the price the more human touch

The first principle is pretty self explanatory. The simpler the system the easier it will be for someone new to pick up and duplicate. Network marketing is all about duplication and the more complicated the process of duplication is made the slower it will occur if at all. If you were to create your own system make sure you keep it as simple as possible and you will greatly increase the chances that that system will be successfully duplicated down your genealogy.

The second principle may need a little more explanation. Out there in the world of network marketing there are internal systems and external systems created. The internal systems are our company’s marketing systems and tools. We, as distributors, have little control over these. So it’s important that you choose a strong internal system from the onset if you really want to give yourself a head start in creating success. If you choose to use an external system for your team, make sure that it’s focused and NOT generic or too ambiguous.

Why?

There MUST be continuity between your system and your company or you risk creating confusion and ambiguity. There are two situations that I’ve come across out there online to lookout for that you should be weary of if you decide on using a system that you do not create yourself. The system that is completely generic – a system of just a system.

If you have a system that is NOT tightly focused around your business then it becomes a system for systems sake. The system works at getting people to use the system, but in reality it’s not all that strong at really growing your personal business because the people you attracted are attracted to the system and NOT your business. That’s NOT what you want. Now if you create a system that people love BUT the only way for them to access that system is through joining you and only your business then you have something very powerful. It’s the continuity that makes it strong NOT the systems.

Let’s move on…

The system with too many businesses to join – These are the systems where they claim everything is free and they lead you down a path of “join X business first then Y business second” and so on because that’s all a part of the SYSTEM.

First off, a system like this is not simple so it violates principle #1 and requires too many steps to be completed successfully so you’re probability of successfully completing all the steps involved is decreased, and duplication dies.

Secondarily, there’s really no reason for it as it doesn’t help you really focus your efforts on building YOUR business.

I’ll say it and I’ll say it again. Focus on your one business, put all your eggs in that basket. Only after you max out the comp plan should you consider joining another business, but when you’re making $50,000 a month why would you even want to?

I’ve seen these sites where they promote joining one business after the other. And the honest truth is they may work for the first year or two and make the creators of the system a good deal of cash, but they have always failed in the long run because of their lack of focus.

Make sure your system is simple and focused. The last idea to share is just that the higher the price of your company’s product or service the more human touch you are going to need to incorporate it into your system for it to work. For high ticket items, over $1000, that human touch doesn’t necessarily have to be something you do personally but it must be a part of the system. That’s it.

The bottom line is… Systems work and will work for you, just be sure your system holds to the principles above.

I thought I’d give you a quick Numis Network review since there does seem to be a bit of buzz building around this company.  And why shouldn’t there be?  With the amazing line of products and the fact that Numis has one of the best compensation plans in network marketing, there should be a lot of buzz building!

When you first take a look at Numis, you realize immediately that there is something completely different about this company.  Unlike many other network marketing companies, there is no shake, juice, supplement to be found here.  Not even any telecom, internet, or other electronic mess.  No makeup or beauty, no travel plans.  What Numis Network offers to you is a tangible asset.

Money.  Real money.  Not that paper you’ve got in a wad in your wallet, but real money.  In fact it’s just about the only real money that’s left in the world!

And the real kicker is that the gold and silver coins that Numis is selling have never been more in demand than they are right now.  The dollar has been losing it’s value for many years, while gold and silver continue to grow in value.  That’s definitely something to think about when you are doing a Numis Network review.

Another thing to look at when you’re reviewing Numis is the company leadership.  Too often companies are being led by people that aren’t in or haven’t been in the network marketing industry.  That’s definitely not the case with this company.

You have Ian Cordell, Founder & President, Christopher Kent, Founder & EVP, Jake Kevorkian, Founder & EVP. They have over twenty years experience in the network marketing industry and established a company called International Direct Selling Technology Corp. This is the same company that created many of the systems for other network marketing companies. As well as compensation plans. Not many network marketing companies have founders with this kind of experience. This leadership team is very impressive.

One of the other things I LOVE about Numis Network is the freedom with which you have to market your business.  You can use online, offline, print, whatever you choose.  It’s your business, market it how you like.  There’s a lot of freedom here to use whatever it takes to get new people into your business.

Now there was only one other thing I had to look at closely when doing my Numis Network review and that was the compensation plan. The compensation plan is known as a binary plan which happens to be the compensation plan that very few network marketing companies use and is responsible for creating the biggest checks and most millionaires in network marketing. But the Numis Network binary plan has to be the best compensation plan I have ever seen.

Basically, the Numis Network compensation plan is a Coded Bonus stacked on top of a binary.  The problem that a lot of people have with a binary is that you only get paid on one side of the binary.  There are 12 different ways that you can make money with Numis, only 1 of which pays on one side of your binary team.  All 11 others pay no matter what side of the binary the person is on in your team.  That is incredible and is destined to produce some of the largest checks in the industry.

This compensation plan has a $100 Legacy Matching fast start Bonus. This simply means that you earn a $100 bonus every time a representative in your Team receives a Fast Track Collector Bonus. This bonus can be payed to you from unlimited levels deep in your organization. I call this NOW money! Of course you will also get your residual compensation as well. This Legacy Matching fast start Bonus is what really got me very excited when doing my Numis Network review.

“Where there is no vision, the people perish” – Proverbs 29:18

Your goals are what will drive you forward in your life.  I love something that I heard Michael Beckwith say about when you create goals and a vision you are creating a vacuum in your life.  And if you know anything about a vacuum, you know that it pulls things into itself.

So when you’re creating goals and a vision of what you want your life to be like, you are creating a vacuum that is going to pull you along until you reach that goal and fulfill that vision.

That’s why you need to be specific when you’re creating your vision and goals.  Don’t just say you want to make more money, name the specific amount.  Whether it’s x amount of dollars after so many days or how much you want your yearly income to be, be specific.

Dream your dreams.  See yourself in places that you never thought you could be.  If you want to speak on stage, see yourself speaking on stage in front of thousands of people.  Imagine what you’ll be wearing, what the stage will look like, what time of day you’ll be speaking and so on.

Your vision vacuum will start to pull you along.  You’ll start doing things that will move you in the direction of that vision.  Things in your life will start to change.  You may not have the same friends anymore.  You probably won’t have the same job for very long because, let’s face it, most jobs won’t fund any sort of dreams at all, outside of maybe an extra milkshake on Fridays.

When you create your vision, you’ll make the necessary changes in your life to move toward that vision.  But you must keep your vision in front of you at all times.  Write it down.  Get pictures of places you want to go and see.  Get pictures of your dream house and car.

When you start this journey, you’re well on your way to living your dream life.

Now, you may be asking how you can fund this dream life.  Here’s my best answer for that question.
