I’m so pumped!  Recently, my dad (of all people!), showed me a very interesting program.  For those of you that know me, you’re aware that I’ve never been a “thin” person.

Heck, let’s just be completely honest about it, I’m overweight.  Really overweight.  As I’m typing this, I’m starting out at a robust 297 pounds.  Not the heaviest I’ve ever been, but still a good ways up there.

Then my dad steps in and says, “take a look at this.”

What happens next will go down in history as the day my life changed for the better!

Starting very soon (as soon as my fantastic shakes arrive!), I’m starting the 90 Day Body by Vi Challenge to lose weight and improve my overall health, and I’m hoping that I’ll encourage you along the way to achieve your own weight loss and fitness goals!
