In the meme of New Year’s Resolutions and birthday presents (weird combo, I know), I’ll be starting the P90X workout/diet very soon. Ordering my set this weekend and as soon as it comes in, I’ll start rocking on it.
I’ve climbed back up to my pre-divorce weight from about 4 years ago, and I’ve got to do something. So, the folks at P90X did a good job of selling, so I’m heading with them.
I’m even going to keep a category here on the blog showing the progress, maybe even to encourage others.
